Shipping MethodsFreight will be shipped prepaid. Freight charges will be added to the credit card prior to the order shipping. If overnight or special shipping is needed, contact Customer Service for freight quote.
Refused Shipments For Non-Damaged MerchandiseIf a shipment is refused that is not the result of damages, the customer will be responsible to pay for the freight charges to return to Mark Faries Top & Trim, Inc., and a 15% restocking fee of the total merchandise price. All credits will be applied to same credit card used in initial purchase.
Return PolicyA Return Authorization Number is needed for any returns.
Damages/ShortagesInspect all cartons and confirm all counts when the shipment is received. Visible damages and shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 72 hours. Save all cartons and packing materials for inspection.
